About Amy

As a first-generation Vietnamese American therapist who was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, my own cultural background has taught me the importance of honoring each person’s story and recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I value the unique stories and experiences each person brings into therapy, and I believe you deserve a space where you can be your authentic self without judgment. I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

Fun Facts: I’m passionate about physical wellness and love teaching Pilates in my free time. I once hiked an active volcano in Iceland, finding myself several feet away from smothering lava.

Training & Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work with clinical training at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Over the past 10 years, I have supported individuals and families through emotional challenges, serious and chronic illness, grief and loss, major life transitions, trauma, times of uncertainty and high stress, and the complexities of the healthcare system, and I bring this experience into our work with care and humility.
